Josh Lamb - Josh Lamb Systems

When Josh Lamb founded his consulting company, Josh Lamb Systems, he wasn’t just looking to go solo—he was looking to help other founders regain control of their businesses. Drawing from a background in operations and digital systems, Josh helps small companies build efficient, repeatable processes so they can stop reinventing the wheel every day.

“We specialize in what happens after you sell the thing,” Josh says. “How do you onboard clients consistently? How do you handle invoicing, follow-up, and feedback? That’s the kind of structure we help build.” From workflow automation to CRM setup, his systems are designed to reduce burnout and increase clarity. It’s no surprise that his ultimate goal is to build what he calls a “calm company”—one that’s lean, focused, and impactful without the chaos of typical startup culture.

Before joining theClubhou.se, Josh worked from home. And while the convenience of a home office seemed ideal at first, something was missing. “It was too easy to stay in my bubble,” he says. “Getting out of the house and into a real space with real people made a huge difference.” That shift—to get in the car, show up, and plug into a community—has opened up new connections, new ideas, and new energy in his work.

As a reserved desk member at theClubhou.se, Josh has found more than just a workspace. “I like the mixed-use vibe,” he says. “Some days I need a quiet place to take a call, others I’m heads-down at my desk. But it’s also an ecosystem—everyone’s working on different things, but you can always connect, share ideas, or learn something new.”

That flexibility, paired with the community support, has helped Josh navigate the unique challenges of growing a one-person consultancy. “Right now, I’m at a point where I can’t quite hire full-time,” he says. “So I’m carrying a lot—wearing all the hats. But working here helps me stay productive without feeling isolated.”

Josh is currently focused on narrowing his service offerings even further, building deeper expertise in client onboarding and post-sale systems. Long-term, he hopes to grow a small, tight-knit team and move toward a four-day work week culture. “A calm company isn’t about doing less,” he explains. “It’s about doing the right things, well—and building a business that supports a good life for both clients and team members.”

Like many founders at theClubhou.se, Josh has experienced firsthand how coworking can be more than just shared space—it can be a launchpad. “There’s a kind of serendipity that happens here,” he says. “You don’t always come here looking for something, but you usually find it.”

Josh recently launched a new website to better showcase his work and offerings. You can check it out at joshlambsystems.com.
